I work with people who feel better knowing that an expert is there to consistently help guide them along their path. Movement, and fitness in general is absolutely key to your mental and physical health. That doesn’t make it easy. My clients most value my compassionate accountability, and my attention and dedication to personalized intuitive programs that deliver lasting results.

I’m an exercise physiologist. When working together, we work as a team to meet your goals for a better quality of life and the importance of self-care.

It is not unusual for clients of all walks of life – veterans, seniors, and high-performance professionals – to have spiked blood pressure readings, feel stressed or to sometimes not feel like exercising at all.
Yet once most get started, you can see a dramatic, positive shift in mood. Clients become more relaxed and enjoy everyday activities. When finished, they often express relief and gratitude.
We all need encouragement to move the needle in a positive direction.
